At Havenli.ae, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please review our return policy below.


Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or customer mishandling.

Custom-made or special-order furniture cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged upon delivery.


Return Process

To request a return, please contact our support team at hello@havenli.ae within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide photos and a description of the issue for verification.

Once approved, we will arrange collection of the product or provide return instructions.


Refunds

If the return is approved, we will either:

Replace the defective/incorrect product at no extra cost, or

Issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible if the delivered product is defective, damaged, or not as ordered.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Our team will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
